Whee. Lovely Friday night! Went down to Orchard with Trina again. Did some completely embarrassing things. I think the people at Buttercup Coffee will kick us out if we ever try to go back again. We almost didn't even have enough money for one miserable cup of hot chocolate. And service charge is outrageous!! The pathetic cup only cost $3.90 but we ended up having to pay about 5 bucks altogether. The manager looked as if he was ready to throw us out of the place. Heh.
Was and am sick today. Think I caught Carol's flu-bug. Her germs are always super infectious - and she's so proud of it. Sighs. What a sadistic sister I've got. Feeling like crap now. My voice's gone too. Trina said I sounded like a frog croaking. Ha. Never mind. I shall STILL go down to Kallang and support the squash team tomorrow morning!! Shall scream myself hoarse and maybe I'll be too sick to go to school on Monday. Will meet Trina after that for lunch. Hope she learns how to tell the difference between the male and female toilets by then. :) (You know I love you, Trina dear. *hugs-)
Oh. Also happened to meet my primary 6 chinese teacher along Orchard. She couldn't remember me! - said I changed too much. Her exact words were something like "you used to be so demure and quiet in primary school". Right. And I'm no longer that demure girl?? Haha.. Anyhow. Can't really be bothered. Change is inevitable. But she did remember me after I told her that I was The Girl Who Was Consistently Getting Cs For Her Chinese Exams But Miraculously Got an A* For Her PSLE. The moment I said that, she remembered me. Heh. I must have shocked her silly with my PSLE results. I know I was dubiously thinking that the examiners must have marked another script under my name. I still do, anyways.
